Time to think of doing light exercises in the house to look after our Bone and Joint Health . These exercises are for anyone & everyone. Exercise is the arrow with which you can hit three targets: 1. Make your joints supple and strong πͺ πͺ: Best example is back. Urban lifestyle and sitting for long times on chair make our lower back and neck stiff. Light stretching exercise will avoid spine stiffness. Shoulders and Knees also tend to become stiff with inactivity. Mobilize them. Do stretching and strengthening exercises.
